For the second edition of the Sea Sound Festival, the bass will not be missing! Except for the powerful boxes of sound systems through which all the music will be heard, the selection of our artists will also take care of that. The Bass Sound Stage on Saturday, July 19th, is reserved for Maya, Jan Becele, Grumen and Armani! See you all on Sea Sound Festival, July 17 – 20, Martinska Šibenik.
Maya
Maya brings her dark selection to the second edition of the Sea Soun Festival. Her name is closely associated with some of the legendary collectives from Croatian areas: Darksided, ex TripToZion collective, ex Bamwise. She describes her selection as the dark side of dubstep in occult osmosis with techno.
Jan Becele
Jan Becele has been present on the Zagreb music scene for the last twenty years as a DJ, VJ and organizer of numerous music events and clubbing nights. He is the initiator of the Trip to Zion initiative, tirelessly building the scene for a full decade (2005 – 2015). Then he presented his work through the Bass Experience collective and program. He is also the co-founder of the DUBstep Club which he launched with MMMeniga, Lo Peaks and Maya. His selections flow from Reggae and Dub, through Jungle to Dubstep and Drum’n’Bass always ignite the atmosphere on the dance floor. For the new edition of the Sea Sound Festival he is preparing a massive Dubstep set.
Grumen
Grumen is DJ, promotor and radio host from Šibenik,Croatia, now based in Zagreb, he has been active in the underground scene for several years. Long known for his heavy dub sets, he has recently ventured into the sea of electronic music. He effortlessly explores and plays various club oriented styles of bass music as well as newer derivates from Brazil and Africa. He enjoys in playing ambient, avant-garde dub, and experimental music also so you can offtenly catch him playing various non club mixes but if you catch him in club expect proper rave experience. Through his programs U/offu club & Iggy dope & Grumen present he hosted and shared the decks with many world known names. On this occasion, he returns to where it all started for him, Martinska, he will shake up the dancefloor with his eclectic selection at second edition of Sea Sound Festival.
Armani
Zagreb’s enfant terrible, boss of :D:S:P eventz, has been playing for eight years under different names as Ðarma, Dj Sprint, Armad J! His genre spectre is wide but you can expect enhanced Bass and Dubstep version on second edition of Sea Sound Festival.
