The Drum’n’Bass collective from Rijeka, Shabby Kicks Connection, was founded in 2018 with the idea of maintaining and spreading bass culture in Croatia. Through their activities, they have managed to stand out in the Kvarner region, as well as in the rest of Croatia, performing at the most significant clubs in Rijeka where they have held various takeover events. This year, the Shabby Kicks Crew will also take over one of the stages at the first Sea Sound Festival.

Boogie is a rising DJ based in Rijeka, Croatia, and the winner of the ‘Best Bass DJ in Croatia 2023’ award by ‘Nagrada Ambasador’. As a valued member of the Shabby Kicks Connection, Boogie’s style varies from nasty jungle riddims to funky rollers blended with top-of-the-chart hits. In addition to his live performances in Croatia and Austria, where he shared the stage with verified names of the dnb scene such as ZeroZero, Revan, Creatures, Alibi, Calyx, En:vy… Boogie has appeared at regional festivals like Seasplash Festival and Membrain Festival, as well as on several radio shows in Croatia and Serbia such as Sofa Kru, Golla Podcast, and others.
Raul B
Raul B, recognized for his distinctive minimal and dark style, is a valued member of the Shabby Kicks Connection. In addition to his live performances in Croatia and Austria, where he shared the stage with verified names of the dnb scene such as ZeroZero, Revan, Creatures, Alibi, Calyx, En:vy… Raul B appeared on regional festivals like Reunited Festival and Membrain Festival. With notable releases on labels like Another Chance Records and Geomagnetic Records, DJ Raul B humbly continues to make waves in the electronic music world.
Madvillains
Madvillains, a promising duo fresh on the scene, are brimming with potential in the drum & bass and dubstep genres. They’ve proved their talent by sharing the stage with esteemed acts such as Creatures, Alibi, and Envy. Hailing from Rijeka, they’ve taken their electrifying performances beyond their hometown, captivating audiences in cities across Croatia including Pula, Zagreb, and Osijek.
