We invite you to become an essential part of the third chapter of the Sea Sound Festival, taking place from July 16th to 19th, 2026, at Martinska in Šibenik. This four-day celebration of sound system culture offers you a unique opportunity to step into the heart of organization and production, experiencing firsthand how festival magic is made.
We are looking for motivated adults (18+) ready to help with festival promotion, production, logistics, info-support, and maintaining the cleanliness of the site to ensure Martinska remains a pleasant place for all of us. In return, we provide festival accreditation, free camping (provided you bring your own gear), and daily hot meals and refreshments. Volunteering shifts do not exceed eight hours a day, meaning you’ll have plenty of time for a dip in the sea, dancing, meeting new people, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
