A DJ and producer hailing from Croatia, Ynez will play on first Sea Sound Festival on Saturday July 20th. Ynez has been a taste maker and contributor to the underground electronic scene in her home country, co-founding Croatia’s 1st ever internet radio station (Radio808) before moving to London. There she joined Subtle Fm as a resident DJ, delivering sounds routed in the 140 bpm spectrum with splashes of bass, breaks, club, techno, dancehall, ballroom, jungle, acid, experimental and more. After many years of building her sound in 2023 she released her debut single and video “Time” followed by the single “C43H66N12O12S2″ and “entcmnt”, three unique tracks that mirror her energy and style.
She has shared line-ups with the likes of Ben UFO, Mala, Goth-Trad, Hamdi, Sicaria Sound, James Blake, Oneman, Tash LC with sets performed at DEEP MEDi, Fabric, Keep Hush, Phonox (London), Boomtown festival, Colour Factory, Outlook UK, IDG (Spain), Outlook Croatia, Dimensions festival, Melkweg (Amsterdam) and more…
